Who can receive care at Willa Healthcare Family Clinic?
Our Savage clinic welcomes children, adults, and seniors for family medicine, preventive visits, new health concerns, and ongoing condition management.
Who will provide my care?
Dr. Uche Franklin, DNP, APRN, CNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner and the founder of Willa Healthcare Family Clinic. She provides in-person care in Savage and video visits when appropriate.
How do I request an appointment?
Choose Request an Appointment and select your patient type and visit format. New patient appointments use 30-minute blocks and existing patient appointments use 20-minute blocks. Our team reviews your request and confirms the appointment. For scheduling help, call 763-273-1668.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your medication list, allergies, recent test results, and questions. Complete the intake form and required photo ID upload. Insurance card uploads are optional. Bring any school, sports, or work forms you need completed.
Do you accept insurance and self-pay?
Most insurance is accepted, and self-pay is available. Call 763-273-1668 to verify coverage and discuss expected costs before your visit. Direct Primary Care membership is also available.
How should I prepare for preventive care?
Bring your vaccination records, screening history, family health history, and questions. Your clinician can help you understand which screenings fit your age, history, and needs.
Can I book directly through DocVilla?
Yes. The Booking page opens the DocVilla booking route. Follow its instructions to schedule. The Request Appointment form is reviewed by our clinic before confirmation.
