Willa Healthcare is a compassionate, community rooted healthcare organization that brings together primary care clinics, telehealth, and home health services. Willa Healthcare Family Clinic provides comprehensive family medicine, and Willa Healthcare Home Health, delivers skilled nursing, therapies, and supportive services in the homes of clients.

Patients and families want care that is easy to access, clearly explained, and respectful of culture, language, and personal history, and this is reflected in how visits are scheduled, how staff communicate, and how follow-up is handled across the clinic and home health services. Willa Healthcare exists to bridge gaps in healthcare by coordinating services between Willa Healthcare Family Clinic and Willa Healthcare Home Health. This means a child with asthma, a parent living with diabetes, or a grandparent recovering from surgery can receive primary care in the clinic, follow up through secure telehealth, and additional nursing or therapy at home when needed, all within one connected organization.

What We Do

​

Willa Healthcare Family Clinic provides comprehensive family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, pediatric and adolescent care, behavioral health screening, in office procedures, and secure telehealth visits for patients of all ages in Savage and surrounding communities. Willa Healthcare Home Health offers skilled nursing and non-skilled, complex care management, therapies, and personal support services in the home, with a focus on medically complex patients, older adults, and individuals who prefer or require home care.
