We offer both in-person clinic visits and telehealth appointments during the same hours for your convenience:

 

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Telehealth visits are available for many acute and chronic concerns, consultations, follow-up appointments, medication management, and review of lab or imaging results.

What you Need for your Telehealth Visit:

For All patients including adults and children: A computer or a laptop with a web camera, internet connection, digital device such as smart cell phone, iPhone, android or tablets. Cell phones are needed for audio appointments if desired. For your privacy, we recommend a quiet space with adequate light for your appointment.

On-Site Lab Services

  • We offer quick and reliable collection and testing for blood, urine, stool, and swabs (nasal, throat, wound or lesion, and vaginal).

  • Same-day in-house test results may include A1C, hemoglobin, glucose, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, pregnancy tests, and rapid strep, mono, flu, and COVID testing.

  • Additional testing may include bilirubin, thyroid testing, liver function panels, chemistry panels, STI/STD testing, fertility-related tests, and other ordered labs.

  • If your provider orders a test we do not run in-house, we will send it to our lab partner for processing.

X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Other Imaging

We provide quick point-of-care screening ultrasound for common concerns, including abdomen, bladder, cardiovascular, respiratory, vascular, obstetrics and gynecology, and musculoskeletal soft tissue concerns.

When diagnostic imaging is needed, we coordinate referrals with imaging partners for concerns such as pneumonia and chest issues, injuries from falls or accidents, joint pain, sprains, strains, and more.
