We offer both in-person clinic visits and telehealth appointments during the same hours for your convenience:

Telehealth visits are available for many acute and chronic concerns, consultations, follow-up appointments, medication management, and review of lab or imaging results.

Your visit

Bring your medication list, allergies, recent test results, and questions. Complete the intake form and required photo ID upload; insurance card uploads are optional. New patient appointments use 30-minute blocks and existing patient appointments use 20-minute blocks. Tell our team about forms or procedures you need so we can confirm the appropriate appointment.

Support for ongoing conditions

For diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, asthma, and other established concerns, Dr. Franklin reviews symptoms, medications, relevant results, and your priorities. Bring your medication list and any home readings your care team has asked you to track. Discuss side effects, cost concerns, and changes since your last visit. Testing, referrals, and follow-up depend on your assessment.

What you Need for your Telehealth Visit:

For All patients including adults and children: A computer or a laptop with a web camera, internet connection, digital device such as smart cell phone, iPhone, android or tablets. Cell phones are needed for audio appointments if desired. For your privacy, we recommend a quiet space with adequate light for your appointment.

  • Point-of-care ultrasound, including bladder ultrasound and Doppler vascular assessment

  • Specimen collection and laboratory coordination

  • Results review and a clear follow-up plan

  • Bring prior results and your medication list. Follow the preparation instructions for your specific test.

Occupational Health

Prepare for work with DOT physical examinations, pre-employment physicals, and drug-screen coordination through LabCorp. Bring employer forms, required identification, medications, and relevant medical records. Tell us about deadlines when requesting your visit.

Our team confirms the examination, preparation, and payment arrangements. DOT certification depends on the examination and applicable requirements; additional records or evaluation may be needed.
